- Open the Google Doc blog link side by side with the Basecamp brief.
- Read blog once for readability and spelling/grammar. Make adjustments if there is funky verbiage, if sentences don’t sound quite right, or if the content doesn’t align with what the client offers/what is expected from the content brief.
- Avoid using absolute terms, especially when talking about the performance characteristics of a product or service.
- Ensures” could be interpreted as a warranty and both “seamless” and “secure” set a very high standard that will be difficult to uphold if warranted.
- Say instead “can help” “promotes” rather than “ensures” – no guarantees

- Final Step (once clean)
- Source 3 images relevant to the blog topic (AdobeStock for BPRF/HN)

- One should be a hero image, the other two should be spaced out within the content of the blog (typically above an H2)
- Create a comment and note the alt text for each image—alt text should be the same as the header text plugged with more keywords.
